What’s Included

YOUR CHOICE OF TWO VENUE SPACES

12-HOUR RENTAL PERIOD

Vendor tear-down must begin no later than 10:00 p.m.

All rental periods must end no later than 11:00 p.m.

ALL WEDDINGS REQUIRE DAY-OF EVENT INSURANCE & THE

USE OF A PREFERRED WEDDING GUILD PLANNER

IF ALCOHOL IS BEING SERVED OR IF YOUR GUEST

LIST EXCEEDS 200 PEOPLE,

a $200 security fee will be applied to your final bill.

TABLES & CHAIRS MAY BE RENTED IN ADDITION TO YOUR

PACKAGE OR MAY BE RENTED FROM AN OUTSIDE COMPANY.

Carlton Landing has 200 white folding garden chairs and 20 rectangular 8 ft folding tables.
